Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. chopped, blanched broccoli
    4 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Bring just to boil, then cook until smooth.
    Stir in vegetables.
    Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk.
    Heat on simmer. Serve.
