Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or more c. diced potatoes, boiled
8 slices bacon, diced
1 small onion, diced
3 Tbsp. celery, diced
1 Tbsp. heaped green pepper, diced
3 level Tbsp. flour
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. vinegar (I use more)
Preparation

Fry bacon, onion, celery and pepper until light golden brown. (Drain off excess fat.)
Add flour and continue frying until golden brown.
