Peach Marshmallow Icebox Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
1/3 c. soft butter
2 egg yolks
4 c. sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
2 c. vanilla wafers, rolled into crumbs
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. small marshmallows
2 egg whites, beaten stiffly
Preparation

Combine sugar, butter and egg yolks.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add gelatin.
Cool slightly.
Add marshmallows.
Be sure to blend well.
Cool.
Add peaches and egg whites.
Place alternate layers of cookie crumbs and whipped cream.
Chill.
