Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    6 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Peel and mash.
    Add 1 stick softened oleo, orange juice, sugar and egg yolks, beaten.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Put in large casserole.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
    Bake in medium oven until done, about 45 to 60 minutes.
