Fresh Peach Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 peaches, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream margarine and brown sugar until light.
    Add eggs.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Add alternately with buttermilk. Stir in peaches.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Very good.
