Fruited Wild Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. (approximately 1/3 c.) dried apricots
3 Tbsp. chopped raisins
2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or an orange flavored liqueur
1 box brown and wild rice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Soak raisins for several hours in Grand Marnier or other liqueur or microwave on high until boiling.
Cool at room temperature.
Prepare rice according to box instructions.
Stir in fruit, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Cool.
