Peggy'S Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. sausage/hamburger meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chili, no beans (optional)
1 c. onion
1/2 c. green onions (blades)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (with diced green chilies)
Preparation

Fry sausage or hamburger meat along with the onions.
Set aside on paper towel to drain excess grease.
Cut cheese up and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Cook in a double boiler or use a slow cooker.
Cook until cheese melts.
Serve with crackers and/or chips.
Meat can be eliminated if you desire.
I've found that sausage just adds a little more flavor to this dip.
