Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ready made pie crust
6 slices crisp bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cut in small cubes
pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Crumble bacon into bottom of pie crust.
Cook onion in butter until soft.
Mix in beaten eggs, milk and Swiss cheese.
Season with pepper and nutmeg (optional).
