Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (20 oz.) can red kidney beans
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
    1 bag taco chips
    1/2 c. sauce (taco)
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    sour cream (optional)
    avocado, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Heat meat.
    Add onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes. Cook until brown; drain off fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix.
    Remove meat mixture from heat; set aside.
    Rinse and drain kidney beans in strainer.
    Toss 1 cup of the shredded cheese and kidney beans.
