Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 can creamed corn
    3 chopped jalapeno peppers
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour half of batter into greased 9-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle half of cheese over batter.
    Pour in rest of batter and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 425\u00b0.
