Quick And Easy Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausages (meat or links)
    4 slices bread (your choice)
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Tear bread into pieces and place on greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Brown sausage in skillet, then drain off fat.
    Cut links in slices.
    Spoon sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle with grated Cheddar.
    Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cheese will rise to top during baking.
    This can be prepared the night before.
    Cover and refrigerate. Breakfast cooks without effort.
