Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 12 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
3 c. bread crumbs
2 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add garlic, mustard and Worcestershire.
Dip chicken in butter mixture, then roll in bread crumb mixture.
Line chicken breasts in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Baste with butter mixture occasionally.
Pan should be covered.
