Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. green beans
    5 oz. carrots, diced
    4 sticks celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    10 oz. potatoes, chopped
    1 qt. tomatoes, chopped
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    8 c. water
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in pot; cook slow for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until carrots and potatoes are done.
    One cup contains 55 calories, 1 g fat and 0 cholesterol.
