Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients by hand and place in a tube pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
