Microwave Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter/margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart microwavable casserole dish or bowl.
    Cover with top or plastic wrap.
    Cook for 5 minutes on High, then 12 minutes on Medium (50% power).
    Remove and let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
    Flake with a fork before serving.
