Sauerkraut Cold Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, chopped (rinse)
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all the vegetables together.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pimento can be added for color. Refrigerate.
    The longer it stands the better.
