Million Dollar Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. wild rice
    1/2 c. basmati rice
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems trimmed
    salt to taste
    freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice for 25 minutes or until water is gone.
    Add 2 tablespoons of butter and set aside after transferring to baking dish.
    Use remaining butter to saute mushrooms for 4 minutes. Stir into rice and season with salt and pepper.
    Cover baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 250\u00b0.
