Ravioli Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. marinara sauce
    2 c. water
    16 oz. box frozen ravioli
    16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, red peppers, onion and mushrooms)
    1/3 c. chopped fresh basil
Preparation
    Bring marinara sauce and water to a boil in a large nonstick skillet.
    Stir in ravioli.
    Reduce heat and simmer, stirring a few times with a rubber spatula, for 15 minutes.
    Add mixed vegetables.
    Return to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring gently 2 or 3 times or until vegetables are tender.
    If desired, stir in basil.
    Makes 4 servings.
