Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. bite-sized cooked chicken or turkey
2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1 small jar pimento
1 green pepper (optional)
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. potato chips, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix
all ingredients, except potato chips and cheese in greased
casserole\tdish.
Crush
potato
chips
over
top and cheese over that.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
