Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved lengthwise
    salt
    garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts, bowed side up, between 2 pieces of clear plastic wrap.
    Pound from center out to form cutlets not quite 1/4-inch thick.
    Season with salt, sprinkle with garlic salt and snipped parsley over cutlets.
    Chill.
