Slaw Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix sugar, mustard and salt, then blend 2 tablespoons vinegar and grated onion.
    Gradually beat in oil.
    Beat until thick and light.
    Slowly beat in remaining vinegar.
    Stir in celery seed. Pour into jars.
    Shake good before using.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
