Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
3/4 c. cold water
6 slices onion
Preparation

Season the chops with salt and pepper. Arrange in a baking pan that is large enough so they will not be crowded.
Combine the sugar, catsup and cold water.
Pour over the chops and place an onion slice over each one.
Cover pan with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover pan, baste with sauce and continue baking until brown and very tender.
