60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm milk
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients
    together.
    Let
    rise
    15
    minutes; work down and let rise 15 minutes more.
    Put in pan;
    let rise another 15 minutes, then bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
