15 Minute Mexicali Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 1/2 c. corn chips or taco shells
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute ground beef, onion and green pepper until beef is brown, stirring to break up meat.
    Add chili powder, tomato sauce and corn.
    Bring to a boil, stirring often.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
