Cheesy Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 tsp. slat
    4 tsp. flour
    4 tsp. or less chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    7 oz. bag tortilla chips
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Cook and drain ground chuck.
    Add all except Cheddar cheese, chip and peppers.
    Heat until cream cheese melts.
    Cover bottom of casserole with crushed chips.
    Pour in meat mixture.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Garnish with chips and peppers.
