Chicken Parisian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, sliced
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. chicken stock
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Oil a 10-inch saute pan.
    Flour chicken and lightly saute.
    Add mushrooms, white wine, thyme, paprika and chicken stock.
    Simmer 4 to 5 minutes.
    Put a pat of butter in flour and drop in saute pan until creamy.
    Serve over rice.
