Chicken In A Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
1/4 c. firmly packed watercress leaves
1 pkg. frozen Puff Pastry, thawed
4 boneless chicken breast, cut in half lengthwise
1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Unfold pastry and roll out to make 4 7x10-inch rectangles.
Do 2nd sheet of pastry the same way.
Mix cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and watercress together.
