Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 small onion, sliced in rings
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 to 5 peppercorns
Preparation
    Steam the mushrooms for 1 minute.
    In a saucepan combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Simmer, uncovered, for a few minutes.
    Place mushrooms in a glass or ceramic bowl and add the marinade.
    Let marinate in the refrigerator at least 24 hours. Serve with a toothpick.
