Cracker Jack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo
    1/4 lb. butter
    pinch of cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar, Karo, butter, cream of tartar and vanilla.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add baking soda.
    Mix well.
    Pour over popped corn and mix.
    Spread on two buttered cookie sheets and bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Break apart while still warm.
