Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts, cooked well and deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
mixed vegetables to taste (I use frozen)
3 boiled eggs, mash well
1 c. milk
1 stick oleo, melted
1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Put chicken, soup and broth in bottom.
Layer chicken, vegetables and eggs.
Mix flour, milk and oleo in jar.
Mix well.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake at 450\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes (until crust is brown).
