Baked Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 to 3 c. chicken, cooked, diced
    1 c. carrots, cooked, diced
    1 c. frozen peas, cooked
    1 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
Preparation
    In butter saute onions until soft, but not brown.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Gradually stir in broth; cook until sauce starts to thicken.
    Place chicken and vegetables in 2 quart casserole. Pour broth mixture over chicken and vegetables.
    Top with ready mix biscuits or use a butter crust.
    Bake 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until biscuits are done.
    Serves 6.
