Lemon Tassies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 large eggs
2/3 c. sugar
whipped cream, for garnish
Preparation

Mix 1/4 c. butter and cream cheese in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
Add flour and beat until crumbly.
Shape dough into ball.
