Au Gratin Potatoes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes (12 medium)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. crushed seasoned croutons
    paprika
    Tabasco sauce
    kielbasa sausage
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into thin slices (leaving peels on) to equal about 8 cups.
    Cook and stir onion and onion soup mix in margarine until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat.
    Stir in milk and 3 cups cheese and a dash of Tabasco sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute. Place potatoes in ungreased large baking dish.
    Slice up kielbasa and put in dish.
    Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and kielbasa. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Mix remaining cheese and crushed croutons and sprinkle over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, until top is brown and bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes longer.
    Serves 10.
