Margaret'S Macaroni Salad(Prep: 25 Minutes; Cook: 10 Minutes; Chill: 2 Hours; Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped black olives
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in a large pot of rapidly boiling salted water until tender but still firm, about 10 minutes.
    Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water.
    Drain well.
