Easiest Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. sliced peaches
2 Tbsp. tapioca
1 c. sugar
lemon juice or Fruit-Fresh
1 pkg. slice and bake sugar cookies
cinnamon
sugar

Preparation

Mix peaches, tapioca and sugar.
Add lemon juice or Fruit-Fresh. (This mixture can be frozen at this point for later use.)
Place peach mixture in pie pan or baking dish.
