Creamy Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. snipped chives
    1/2 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
    paprika
Preparation
    Blend milk into cream cheese in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in chives, onion and salt.
    Add potatoes; stir carefully to coat.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Yields 5 to 6 servings.
