Cranberried Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large acorn squash
    1 c. chopped apple (unpeeled)
    1/2 c. fresh cranberries
    3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Lightly oil large baking dish. Cut each squash in half; remove seed. Place squash in baking dish, cut side up. Combine all remaining ingredients; spoon equally into the squash \"cups\". Bake until filling bubbles and squash is soft, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool slightly before serving. Serves 4.
