Sausage And Egg Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices white bread
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. packed slightly grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Crumble and slightly brown sausage and drain off fat.
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add milk, salt and mustard.
Add cubed bread and stir well.
Add cheese and sausage.
Pour mixture into a Pyrex dish (8 x 12-inch) and place in refrigerator overnight.
