Rose Audrey Patton'S Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
