Pineapple Thick Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. skim or nonfat milk
1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple (no sugar added), chilled
1/2 tsp. coconut or rum extract
1 tsp. granulated sugar substitute to taste (optional)
3 ice cubes
Preparation

In blender container combine milk, pineapple, extract and, if desired, sugar substitute.
Process until smooth.
Makes 1 serving.
