Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
    3/4 c. powdered sugar, divided
    1 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
    Cut butter into flour and sugar with a pastry blender until mixture resembles cornmeal.
    Spoon mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Press into pan evenly and firmly, using fingertips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
