Chinese Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. rice (raw)
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Brown the hamburger and onion.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Put into a 2-quart casserole and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Just before you take it out of the oven, cover with chow mein noodles or a can of onion rings and bake another 10 minutes.
