Pork Chops And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    2 onions, sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Mix soup, sour cream, water and parsley. Layer potatoes, onions and sauce mixture in casserole.
    Top with pork chops.
    Cover; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
