Rodeo Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 c. potatoes, diced
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    generous dash of pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef in shortening with potatoes and celery, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir often.
