Casserole Onion Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 small containers cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. instant onion (put in dry)
2 Tbsp. butter
4 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
5 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
Heat cottage cheese to warm. Combine in bowl, cottage cheese, sugar, instant onion, butter, dill weed, salt, baking soda, eggs and yeast.
Add flour to form stiff dough (stir with spoon).
Cover and leave in bowl; let rise until double in size.
