Banana-Nut Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter/margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter/margarine and mix with brown sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Combine dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture.
    Fold in mashed bananas.
    Fold in raisins and nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pan and let stand for 20 minutes at room temperature.
    Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or when top is brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
