Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    2 onions
    2 bell peppers
    1 pod garlic
    4 pieces celery
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt, black and red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak orange roughy in milk 15 minutes or longer.
    Beat 1 egg. Dip fish in egg, then in Italian bread crumbs.
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
    Do not turn.
