Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. instant brown rice
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Beat eggs and milk and add to hot mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
