Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. raisins
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
6 ripe (over ripe best) bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Preparation

Mix flour, soda and spices together; add nuts and raisins.
In separate bowl mix sugar, butter, oil and eggs.
Mix all ingredients together and add bananas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
