Country Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Line the pastry in the pie pan with aluminum foil and weight it down with uncooked beans, rice or with pie weights.
    Bake 15 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven you've preheated.
    Remove the weights and foil and cool.
